"After spending a great deal of money on a new HP Pavilion Notebook and an even greater amount of time standing in line at Best Buy’s Geek Squad window I finally had to face the fact that I needed a more personal connection with my computer service tech. I heard of MainBrain from some friends and gave them a ring. They had a technician over to my home immediately and diagnosed the problem with my new computer as well as coached me on how to migrate my word docs from my old PC to the new laptop.
